What are glass door hinges?
A glass door hinge is a component used on swing doors made of glass. By inserting a glass door into a glass door hinge installed onto a side panel or a base plate, the swing door rotates on the hinge as a pivot. Glass door hinges are used for furniture doors, store display cases, and glass doors in various fixtures.

Types of Glass Door Hinge
[Furniture / Display Cases]
Conventional glass door hinges are attached to a side panel, and open approximately 90 degrees inwards or outwards from their closed state. They are used for small doors on pieces of furniture, and are also referred to as scarlet hinges.

Pivot hinges are attached to the top and bottom edges of a door. They are also known as P hinges.

Zero position refers to the position where doors with free swinging hinges are closed (a 0° angle). Hinges with a zero position adjustment feature allow for the adjustment of the closing position of the door. This feature makes maintenance easier, as adjustments can be made not only during installation but also afterwards.
